Small Circle Of Raw Skin On Penis Shaft, Opening Of Scab With Erection. No Pain Or Oozing. Sexually Active, No STD. Suggest For Healing

I am a 20 year old male. To start this off, I have been tested for STDs and I am clean of everything. So here's my issue. My girlfriend who lives 5 hours away visited a few weeks ago and we had alot of sexual intercourse that week. After the week was over there was a small circle of "rubbed raw" skin on the right side of my penis shaft just under the head (i am circumcised). It tries to scab up and heal but I can't go more than a couple days without getting an erection for 1 reason or another. Every time I do the scab opens up and exposes the raw looking spot. It doesn't hurt or ooze, It's just like a never healing scab like a baseball player can get on their knee. How can I make it heal before college starts up again in a couple weeks? I am worried it may get infected and it will only get worse when I start having sex again.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
It seems that you are having an abrasion or sexual trauma on the shaft of your penis.
As you mentioned the erection of penis and further sexual act will delay the healing process.
You can try some Antibiotic cream like Fucidin or Mupirocin. If it is secondarily infected with bacteria then you may need a course of an oral antibiotic. There are some drugs available to reduce the frequency of erection. If you consult your physician, he will be able to help in this regard. Abstain from sex till a complete healing occurs.
A drug eruption also may manifest like this. Moreover all the STDs (nearly 30 in number) cannot be ruled out by blood test alone as some of the conditions do not have routine blood tests. Only by examinations and with other investigations done from the lesions only, one can able to diagnose the exact nature of the lesion and able to treat accordingly.
Your physician's guidance is necessary for a complete cure.
Get well soon.
