Small Child, Pain On Passing Urine. Culture Test Shows Proteus Vulgarish. Urine Infection?

My baby girl cries while passing the urine. I got the Urine Routine and Urine Culture test done. Report stattes that Culture Yields : Proteus Vulgarish and colony count: 110,000 CFU/ML of urine... so is that there is an infection in my baby girl s urine and due to which only she cries too much. if yes, what medicine can be given to her. She is 2 months old now and weighs around 4.5 kg.

Definately your girls has urinary tract infection.
Also the organism is found by culture. Pain is also due to that infection. It is always better to take medicine by contacting personally to physician as it will helpful to manage the dose and course of treatment. Also he will try to fond the cause of infection by askong proper history.
