Small Child, Crust In Eyes, Eye Watering, Nasal Discharge, Cough, Vomiting. Due To Teething?

My son is 4 month old. He woke up with his eye crusted shut two days ago. I wiped it off with a warm wash cloth and it hasn t happened again. His eye is still watery and now is nose is leaking and he has developed a cough . He is now coughing, gagging, and then puking. He doesn t have a fever . Is it a possibility that it is his teeth?
