Small Bumps And Rashes Behind Ears, Spreading To Chin And Neck Area, Warm To Touch. Causes?

So, I am a 20 year old female that has never had skin issues before. Yesterday, I started developing these little red bumps behind my ear lobe. It was only a few, now there are a lot. They are small, bumpy, rashy, red and warm to the touch. It spread to the undersides of my chin and neck area. The only thing I can think of is I put a lot of different kinds of oil perfume on yesterday while shopping.
