Small bowel erosions, taking baby aspirin for stroke, on kidney dialysis, bleeding due to Coumadin

My husband had the camera test and the doc said he has small bowel erosions...he takes a baby aspirin daily due to having had a stroke 6 years ago. He is also on kidney dialysis and has dietary limits. Reason for test has been bleeding due to coumadin....needing 4 units of blood end of July and and 3 more in mid-August due to starting back on coumadin.
