Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

The presence of small ischemic foci in frontal and parietal lobes could be related to migraine headaaches or uncontrolled hypertension.
For this reason, I would recommend taking daily aspirin 80mg and follow a health lifestyle (a balanced diet, perform a lot of physical activity, avoid smoking or alcohol, etc.). It is also necessary try to maintain a normal blood pressure and check periodically fasting glucose and blood lipid profile.
Regarding the hypoplasia of terminal segment in the basilar trunk, it is a normal born variant of the brain vessels anatomy and there is nothing to worry about.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
