Slow hair growth in children occurs normally during the growth spurts. Another common cause is improper nutrition. You need to give them a high protein diet including meat, fish, eggs, milk and its products along with zinc and selenium supplements for getting an optimum hair growth. Head massage will also help in hair growth.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
