Skin Is Dark Near Waist Compared To Rest Of Body. How To Get Rid Of This ?
Hello Doctor, My skin is very dark near waist compared to my rest of the body .How can i get rid of this dark skin on my waist? I am male/26 years old. I am going to get married in a years time and therefore you understand my problem. Since i have a year in hand can you suggest any remedy which can atleast make it less darker over time. I am very fair. So i want to have an even smooth skin all over

dark skin around the waist can be due to tight clothing around the waist .
you have not specified the area and extent and duration of pigmentation
The following may help:
depigmenting creams containing hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin, momatosone twice a day
TCA or glycolic peels
micro dermabration
laser therapy
This will also help to give smooth and even skin
