Sir,good evening,last 2014,I had done fissure in ano,which dialated to 4 fingures dialation,but now 3 months associationly I got blood flow after blow mooment,last 20 days it worsten very highly,last 10 days before I met doctor and told the problem,he wrote smooth capsules daily twice,and night emty syrup at night 10ml,blood flow was controlled if we pass smooth stools,if hard lastly I get some drops of blood,another thing genarally I had very highly burning effect in my anus area in day time,please suguesst ,apart from surgery,I need home remedy or as medcine,thanking you,sir,
