Sir my name is saleem iam 22 years old. 4 years back workouts in jim and 2.1/2 yearsly this motion with gastric problem faced sir & physical weeekness & hair loss so meny problems faced in my body to ralete to motion problem. all chekups are check sir endoscop and scannings are all are shown results normal all is well but not come motion sir .My problem was not comes a mostion. Iam not proper motion in morning. I got a motion to take a half cup of tea cup castor oil it take me aftar 1or 2 hour motion was come. Did not drink or any tablets did not come motion. It is very serious problem for me. Sir pls help me sir
