Sir !! m aayush frm Rajasthan and m 21 year old. I having problem of night fall from last seven years means from my early age 14 nd starting had night fall problem because I never done masterbate any other way like hand sake or by hving sex. Nw I realiseing every day it's very harmful for my body BT I can't control because occuring ten times in a month which taking my boady very weak like i loosed soo much weight nd stage of destroy feeling nd can't concentrate on anything after this m having stretch marks over full of my boady like m decomposing every day with to mny allergies problem I hving skin diseases. Each moment m in depression and can not focus any where it give me guilt & shame to stand evrywhere. Feeling lost don't know what to do to stop it. I beg u for provide me soulful treatment because I already went to mny doctors nthg hppn. So , i request you to give me such treatment which can help me to re gain my normal life back nd Last thing I wann ask that can I go for tampreroriy vascatomy.(safe or not )
