Sir, I am a 23 years old lady. I'm suffering from chickenpox for 2 days, also mild fever. I am having mild itching over the lesion and doctor prescribed me cetrizine tablet for that. Presently I am taking aciclovir 800 mg tablets, cetrizine and paracetamol from yesterday onwards. I have vesicles over chest, abdomen, back, and few over face, and upper limbs. Also two or three enanthems are there sir, over tongue, and throat. Sir my question is can i take a dettol water bath?
