Shoulder Pain While Writing Since Two Years And Not Able To Hold The Pen Properly. What Is The Remedy For This?

hi, i am divya, class XII student.i am not able to hold the pen properly...and even if i somehow manage to write i suffer a lot of pain in my shoulder...i have to really struggle to write...i have been suffering from this problem for about 2 years..i have consulted the best of doctors but they have not been able to detect anything...they have only prescribed me a vitamin b12 medicine...but it has not improved my condition at all...
so please tell me what should i do....also let me know whether any kind of special pens that are available online for writer's cramp will work..

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it is there due to your improper position of shoulder,elbow and wrist.
There is continuous stretching of muscles in unequal,odd position causes chronic muscle injury and result in to stiffness.
Sitting,writing arrangement of your table,chair should be ergonomically fit to your body posture.
So be conscious about your sitting,writing posture.
You can find out on any website for ergonomically best position for sitting,writing.search for that.
Take B12,folic acid,calcium,protein milk powder and other supplement.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Take oral nsaid during severe pain.
Regular exercise,yoga will be definitely helpful.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
