Hi welcome to HCM. Its not advisable to increase the dose of suboxone as it would lead to side effects like respiratory depression and constipation. It can also lead to excessive sedation and reduced alertness. The dose of suboxone should not be compared to that of morphine as the two drugs differ in their efficacy and potency.I advise you to go with 14 mg dose and wait until the full pharmacological effects set in.Consult your doctor for further help. Thank you
