Goodmorning, Im Jason. 25 year old male quite healthy. i have a limpoma or a fat buildup the doctor said on my back which just last night all of a sudden started to pus a really smelly puss and wont stop i was wondering if i should draing this or go to a walk in.

It is likely that it is now infected if you are noticing a discharge.It would be best for you not to try to drain it on your own because it needs to be done under sterile conditions.
In addition, all of the infectious areas need to be removed to prevent recurrence.
Your doctor may also suggest a course of antibiotics.
