General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and concerns. Your history says you were diagnosed as breast cancer with bone metastases 2 years ago. Now you have feeling of black-out and nose bleed, feeling weak heart, sharp pains and wheezing.
With the history you have provided, this looks to be related to the metastases of cancer breast and should be investigated thoroughly.
Consult your Physician for clinical evaluation and further management.
I find this answer helpful
