Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is a nose bleed after the injury, it is advisable to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis , and treatment.
Of course there may be nothing serious about the nose bleed, it is necessary to exclude any injury to the nose.
He definitely needs some treatment, for cure of the nose, and to prevent further nose bleeds.
Wishing him a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
