Should I Use Epipen For Allergy On Arm?

My right arm from fingers to upper arm is swollen and I don't know what bit or stung me. I have a epipen that I carry because I have an allergy to bee stings. The swelling is only on the right arm, should I use my epipen in this instance?

if you are very unconfortable you can use it as it will be helpful in treating the present swelling and will prevent to increase swelling in other parts
