Should I Meet Doctor For Cold, Cough And Runny Nose Of A 9 Month Baby?

hai doctor, my 9 months old baby started cold cough,running nose 3 days before.last night she could not sleep nicely because of cough.we already giving steam inhalation,and saline nasal drops.what else can be done? do i need to bring to the doctor? no fever.do he ned a antibiotic?

But antihistamine like cetrigine will give relief.
Avoid cold atmosphere and try to keep the child warm.
