Divery (medroxyprogesterone) can cause abdominal pain and distension. Divery is prescribed for a minimum period of 5days and can be taken up to 10 days in amenorrhea(missed periods). The bleeding occurs only after 3-7 days after stopping the drug.
I would suggest continuing Divery till a minimum of 5 days if the pain and distension are manageable. If it is not manageable, please consult your physician for alternatives and other detailed workout for your amenorrhea.
