Hi, Though it is highly advised to get evaluated at centre of emergency practices, if something like this happens, for observations and assessment. I need you to evaluate yourselves, is there bleeding, swelling or any sort of change in other part of head. If no, you can rather ask some companion to observe you, while some analgesic (paracetamol) can be taken for pain control. Observations are needed for signs like change in conscious level, seizures repeated vomiting, bleeding or discharge for orifices ( like nose, ears), these all would need abrupt evaluation and admission at hospital, as they are present with some deep brain or skull injuries, needing abrupt treatment.
