General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Loratab contains analgesic drugs (with acetaminophen and hydrocodone) to reduce pain and anxiety post surgery. Tylenol has acetaminophen alone. If you are alright with tylonol then continue the same.

The itching and dryness along with scrotal issue will recover in time post surgery. This may be due to drug or due to operation theater conditions. Have good hydration.

Regards
