Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Blood on tissue paper on wiping after a poop is indicative of a few things as follows:
Hemorrhoids or piles as they are called in a common language.
Fissure in ano, but will be with pain.
Cracked skin.
Polyp or prolased mucosa.
This can be diagnosed by the following way.
You do not have to rush to ER.
You can consult your Doctor and get examined by per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy. Colonoscopy if you are above 30 years of age.
Routine tests of blood, urine and stool.
Get the clinical evaluation and examination done and get the final diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be planned.
Till then take mild laxatives.
Green leafy vegetables and high fiber diet.
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Get the correct diagnosis asap.
