Should I Be Worried About A Blister?

My almost 4 yr old little girl hit her forehead on the back of her sisters hear today while coming down a water slide and it made and egg. However, it s not the typical knot or egg... In stead of being hard it is soft.... Feels like a blister... Should this concern me? It was quite the bump and she cried but I m not use to soft knots....they have always been hard...

Hello. I just read through your question.
A soft bump is not uncommon. As long as she is otherwise well, there is no need for concern. The bump, even though soft, will resolve with time.
