Should I Be Concerned As I Swallowed A Piece Of Paper?

I accidently swallowed a piece of paper, the sort that is used to separate pieces of cheese. It was probably 1x2 inches. I didn't realize it because it was in a grilled cheese sandwich and I thought I just had a piece of chewy cheese. I found out later that there was still a piece in the sandwich. It feels like it is stuck in the back of my throat. Should I do anything about it?

Hi, do not panic. It gets digested in the gut, unless it is plastic. Even if it cannot be digested, because it is a small piece, you will have it out in your stools soon. all the best.
