Should I Be Concerned About Recurrent Persistant Itching Spot On My Chest?

Hi, I`ve a persistant spot on my chest for several years now. It disappeared for a while last summer, when I got tanned. However, It returned in the autumn, and now it`s itchy and bleeds slightly when caught on towel etc.. I`ve been dabbing it with witch hazel to relieve the itching at night, but it still won`t diminish.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that this is chronic skin lesion this can be treated tentatively with the steroid containing cream and the best choice would be "Mometasone cream" if the symptoms persist then you need to see the dermatologist because skin lesion always demands the clinical observation this is the only way for diagnosis, have a nice day.
