Should I Be Concerned About Pain On My Right Rib Cage, Followed By Blood In Stool?

Should I go to the hospital? I woke up with pain on my right rib cage then i had my boyfriend poke around to make sure nothing was broken but then he touched where my liver is and it felt like I had been stabbed with a knife then later I had really bad gas bubbles that felt like a razor blade going through my intestines, after that i went to the bathroom a few hours later and bright red blood was in my stool. what should i do.

Noted the history of pain on right rib cage, boyfriend pocked to have severe tenderness in in liver area, like stabbed with knife, bad gas bubble that felt like razor blade going through intestine, followed by blood in stool.
All this indicates that there is a problem with colon that is large bowel;
I would advise you the following since this can turn into a dire emergency.
Consult at ER immediately and have clinical evaluation, examination, investigations like stool test, blood to see for CBC and Hb in particular, contrast enhanced CT can to know what exactly is the problem at colon, any active bleeding vessel and colonoscopy as required.
The management will depend upon the findings.
