Hi,welcome to HCM. Your current symptoms can be strongly attributed to elevated blood pressure ,particularly you seem to have diastolic hypertension. This can be due to excess body weight leading to excess peripheral vasoconstriction with end organ dysfunction.Stabbing pains in the eye can be a manifestation of hypertensive retinopathy.I strongly recommend you to get a fundoscopy of eye 2D screening echo and 24 hr holter EKG and lipid profile. Reduction of body weight to 120 pounds and antihypertensive drugs can control your symptoms.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
