Should I Be Concerned About Glucose Presence In The Urine?
I have been taking prednisolone for 4 weeks after AIH diagnosed. I have been checking my urine with test sticks and notice that in the morning all is normal but in the afternoon glucose is detected - I know this is not good but should I be very worried ?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have glucose in urine. It is common in post prandial urine. But you should check your blood sugar once. Because you are taking prednisolone and it can lead to drug induced diabetes.
So check your blood sugar once and plan accordingly.
