Should I Be Bothered About Sinus Tachycardia During Gall Bladder Surgery?

I have sinus tachycardia. Ive had 2 recent surgeries and in both cases had a rise in bpm and received medication to slow down. But what happens naturally is it dips on own. Having received medication it then dips too low and again receive medication to bring back up. Both times have ended up on monitor for several hrs post surgery. Now im needing gallbladder removal with a general and is meant to be as a day case. Should i make them aware in advance of previous experiences.
