Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi you had sprained your ankle 5 days ago and while the swelling has gone down but heavyness persists . In my opinion you it would take about 3 weeks to heal. In this time you should take painkillers , Hot fomentation and use some kind of support like ankle brace or a crepe bandage.Once you start using support tingling sensation in calf would also go away.
