Should Hysterectomy Be Done In A Disabled Person To Stop Periods?

My daughter is disabled ie, she cannot speak,does not understand anything and do of her own and she is blind.Her period has started and she is absolutely helpless in managing the same. Friends has suggested for Lap.Hysterectomy for her.She is affected by autism also. Regards. Mahmud
