Should Curd Be Avoided By Sinusitis Patients?
Can i have curd if I am suffering from sinusitis.what calcium product should i take as calcium produces mucus(milk) which is not good for me .Iam chronic sinus patient and my age is 41 and weight is 68kg,height is 5 .i have low immunity,low B.P.suffering from mennoragia .please help
