Should Caregiver Also Take Worm Tablet While Treating The Patient For Worms?

I am a carer looking after a husband and wife, the husband has got fluke worm's, probably liver flukes or intestinal flukes, 6 carers share this job, he has been prescribes a worm tablet, two to be taken which he will take tomorrow. As carers do we have to take a worm tablet too or are we okay ? We all share a toilet but wash our hands in the second bathroom. The husband is registered blind but can see to wash his hands but his hygiene is not terribly good . Thank you 6 conserned carers !
