Should A Second Pregnancy Be Aborted After Undergoing A C-section 10 Months Back?
Hello. My name is Nazibe. I am writing to get advice for my situation. I have a 10 months old baby daughter, i gave birth by C- section. Now im 5 weeks pregnant again, but the doctors say i should abort because my life is in danger and others say it is completely safe. I need advice what to do, i am very scared. Thank you in advance
I understand your concern. First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy. It is generally recommended that after a cesarean to wait at least six months before you fall pregnant again, ideally one year. Since you have a 10 month old already, and assuming you are at least 2 months pregnant, you are still beyond the 6 month danger mark. You should be fine, as long as you avoid extensive weight carrying, abrupt movements and intensive physical activity.
Wishing you an easy and safe pregnancy and all the best
