hello mam, Femara has a lot of side effects that will make you sick. but since it prevents recurrence of breast cancer and it is an adjuvant therapy too. So I suggest you to continue with the medication. Removal of reconstructed breast wont help anything. But if your onco surgeon has asked you to get it removed than it should be best for you as that person is more aware of the situation.
I can just suggest you to maintain a healthy life style and healthy eating habits along with calcium and multivitamin supplements to reduce the side effects of Femara to some extent.
hope to find you in good health soon.
Thank you
