Hi,

In order to help you, I would like to know details about case - treatment details (surgery or radiation) when was your treatment complete? what was the type of cancer? your age. These details will help me give clues regarding the probability of current symptoms being related to cancer or cancer treatment or unrelated.

If the concern is metastasis, then the next logical step is to take a PETCT scan which scans the entire body and looks for all possible lesions suspicious for metastasis. Also whether that nodule was removed and looked under a microscope?
Based upon these findings, further options can be discussed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
