Should A CT Scan Be Done For Headache?

Helo Doctor, My name is satnam singh and I belongs to Gurgaon. I have a question, I have headache from last few month. Its not regular, Most of the time it happens in morning time and it is on top of my head. Some time its mild but some time it gets severe. should I go for CT scan of head? Please suggest me. Thanks in Anticipation.

There are many different causes of headache. Some of the common causes of headache are tension headache, cluster headache, migraine.
In most of the cases a CT scan is not required. CT scan is required only if a brain tumor, an aneurysym, an abscess or an head injury is believed to be the cause of headache.
