General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She may have not got hurt but was crying as she got scared. And stopped crying as soon as you picked her up.

Watch for symptoms like fever, swelling.

In case of fever or pain, you can give her syp acetaminophen after pediatrician consultation.

Keep her well hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
