Should I Take My Child To Doctor For Red Blotchy Spots Above His Ear?

my 3 year fell and hit his head on the concrete he has like red splotchy spots above his ear where he hit the concrete. He is acting just fine and is eating normal playing normal etc. Do i need to take him to doctor. Email address is YYYY@YYYY

Hi...the red blotchy spots could be due to the friction during the injury, as you say he has like red splotchy spots above his ear where he hit the concrete. But if he is acting fine and not vomiting and not having seizures and his sensorium is normal - you need not worry.
