Should I Take BP Medicines If BP Measures To Be 139/69?
38 yo overweight female. I went to workout tonight and checked my Bp before working out and it was 139/69. I took it again and it dropped to 121/77. This has happened a few times in the last 2 weeks. I have always had low blood pressure my entire adult life. This is the 1st time I ve had some concern. I have recently started working out again (rigorous cardio) after 1year of not due to full time stressful graduate school program. Please advise if I should start taking Bp meds.
