Hi,
Acitrom is blood thinning agent and it is essential to prevent thrombo-embolism phenomenon.
One can not take chance by stopping Acitrom in your problem.
And Hair transplant is not so important when you have got this problem and exposing a risk of thrombo embolism.
Even then it is better to take your cardiologist opinion.
Ok and take care.
