Hi, thanks for posting the concern in HCM.

My understanding is, the symptoms you have, may be due to viral infection. However, other possible causes should be ruled out, particularly more severe and disseminated infection.

You should consult a local ENT specialist for clinical examination and further management.

You may need the following tests done -
Complete blood count, CRP, urea, creatinine, electrolytes, HbA1c
Throat swab culture and sensitivity
Laryngoscopic visualisation

In case of uncomplicated viral infection, the condition is self limiting and may resolve in 7-10 days.
You may follow the below mentioned advice for the time being -
Tab Paracetamol 500 mg SOS at an interval of min. 6 hours for pain relief
Steam inhalation and gurgle with lukewarm water
Cap Immunace Forte one cap once daily for one month.
Good oral hydration
Healthy diet in small amount at frequent interval and avoid empty stomach.

You may need antihistaminics for symptomatic relief as well.

You may need antibiotic in case of more serious infection, particularly due to bacterial cause.

For any further information, please write back to me directly.
Regards
