Surgery: LAPARATOMIA EXPLORATIVA MEDIANA; HEMICOLECTOMIA LAT. SIN. ET L-L TRANSVERSO-SIGMO ANASTOMOSIS (GIA 55); LYMPHADENECTOMIA PARAAORTALIS EN BLOCK ; HEPATECTOMIA PARTIALIS LAT.SIN.CUM METASTASECTOMIAM SEG. II; SEGMENTECTOMIA HEPATIS SEG. V CUM METASTASECTOMIAM IPS. METASTESECTOMIA LOBI CAUDATI; LYMPHADENECTOMIA PORTOCAVALIS; APPENDECTOMIA.PHD cT now shows nothing left. What kind of chemotherapy shoud I have?agressive one or adjutant?

when it comes to chemotheray the orders should always come from a medical oncologist because there are multiple factors which decides the treatment..u need to get admitted in a hospital setup for chemo and also your blood and liver tests should be normal to take the medications..
