Should I Disclose That I Am Bipolar To My Co-worker As I Am Experiencing Extra Stress?

I was diagnosed with bipolar in 1993. I have been very stable for 8 years. Now I have a volunteer who had a conflict with 9 months ago, coming back to work and she is walking by me in the halls and ignoring me. I have felt myself becoming more anxious and a two times a coworker has said I was "harsh" with her. Human resources is involved. I am wondering if I should disclose to them that I am bipolar and am experiencing extra stress and need some help.
What do you think about this? I am a registered nurse in an oncology clinic.
