Should I Consult The Doctor For Accidental Intake Of Toothpaste By The Child?

My 5 yr old daughter recently inhaled some toothpaste and then cough up some blood (small amount) in the toilet for about 20 min. . Does she need to be seen by healthcare provider? Should I take her to the emergency room? Or pediatrician? She seems to be okay now
