Should I Be Worried For An Internal Injury After My Daughter Fell And Vomited?

Mu daughter fell down from about 5 feet few hours ago. Even though, she doesn;t seem to have any external injury, I am worried if there is an internal one. I gave her Ibugesic plus after which she vommitted and has now done so about 3 times. what should I do.

Hello. Thank you for your question. this is a common occurrence in children of this age. the fact that she didn't lose consciousness at the time of the fall is a very encouraging sign. However, vomiting is sometimes an indication of something else possibly going on. I recommend you consult with your doctor now so the proper evaluation can be done and anything more serious ruled out.
