Should I Be Worried About Unsynchronized Eye Blinking?

My grandchild, blinks his eyes out of sync. This happens for a few hours every day or so. He is almost 11 months old and is fine developmentally. He was full term and apgar was normal. Is this something to worry about. It has been noticed by his mother and babysitter.
