Should I Be Worried About Feeling Exhausted, Nauseated & Dizzy All The Time?
I am 47 and 145 lbs 5 4 . Take medicine for migraines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and gerd. My platelets are 104. I was diagnosed two weeks ago. Hemotologist said to get retested in 6 months. I am exhausted and nauseated all the time. Some times i get dizzy. He doesnt seem concerned. Im scared. What do i do? Thanks glenda
It appears your gastritis is not yet settled. You need to hike your antacid and add Prokinetic like Domperidone like a tab Pan DSR. If you are already having it then syr Sucralfate etc should be added. Let me know your current prescription so that we can modify it. Avoid fatty, oily diet. Have some walk after having food instead of taking rest. Have multiple small meals instead of heavy meals. Have regular sleep habits and avoid stress. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables, and fruits. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any.
