Should I Be Worried About A Seed Like Specks In Stool?

When I use the bathroom in my feces they are seed like specks in it the size of a needle head and I crushed one with tissue it had a yellowish goo inside, NOT ALOT though...What could this be should I be concerned. I can't remember eating anything with seeds in it.
